I FEEL THAT THE SENORITY IS A VERY IMPORTANT PART OF A PERSONS CAREER. NOT TO ALLOW THOSE THAT HAVE ALREADY PUT IN THEIR TIME TO GET THAT SENORITY IS NOT FAIR. IF YOU WANT TO DO THAT START WITH THOSE THAT ARE HIRED AFTER THE NEW SYSTEM GOES INTO EFFECT.ALSO I DISAGREE WITH THE SUPERVISOR HAVING ALL THE SAY AND THE EMPLOYEE NOT ABLE TO DO MUCH ABOUT IT WHEN THE EMPLOYEE IS DOING A GREAT JOB BUT THE SUPERVISOR FOR WHATEVER REASON WANTS TO MESS WITH THAT EMPLOYEE. I AGREE THAT THERE ARE PEOPLE THAT DON'T PUT IN A FULL DAY'S WORK,BUT DON'T GO AFTER THOSE THAT DO.THERE ARE OTHER AREAS LIKE WHERE IS THE MONEY COMING FROM TO PAY FOR ALL THESE RAISES AND BONUES. I THINK THEY NEED TO GO SLOW WITH THIS SYSTEM CHANGE AND GET IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME.THERE IS ALOT AT STAKE FOR ALOT OF PEOPLE THAT HAVE GIVEN THEIR BEST FOR MANY YEARS AND NOW THEY NEED TO BE ABLE TO BE REASSURED THAT THE SYSTEM PROPOSED IS NOT GOING TO DO AWAY WITH THAT FAITH THAT HAS TAKEN SO MANY YEARS TO BUILD.
