Comments:
I am opposed to the proposed changes regarding civil service employee pay and raises. Also, the idea of being a deployable asset is outrageous!! I never signed my life over to the goverment. If we are going to belong to the Department of Defense then we should be entitled to the same benefits as members of the military.
