I am appalled by the proposed NSPS system. It is a disaster waiting to happen. If it does get implemented, it will the worst thing to happen to civil servants in generations. Any government worker who is in favor of this new system surely does not understand the full extent of the damage it will cause. I devoutly hope that the Congress of the United States will realize this in time and kill it before it gets implemented.
