NSPS General Where have we had the security problems, for the NSPS to be implemented? I know you keep saying it is for National Security what are the problems and where are they located? I am still confused with this Pay-Banding being part of NSPS (big part) what does pay got to do with security? I read NSPS again! It still looks like you are using the NSPS to control Money? There are a lot of things pending, things left up to someone to making changes when will we get the full package? I would like to see some limits (checks and balance) on the power you have given the supervisors lets kept everyone honest? Would it not be good to have checks and balance for all everyone especially those making decision that affect so many personnel? We do want to make all personnel accountable, don’t we?
