Do you think the performance appraisals will be done fairly? I don't. It is human nature to favor someone you like as to someone you dislike. If you were a new employee and you thought you were being appraised by someone who didn't like you, would you stay or would you look for another job. I think they would start looking for another job. This isn't the way to hold on to new employees.
