I am not sure I like the idea of one person having the power/control of an entire Nation of Government DoD Civil Service employees. Nor is it even considerable that a single person has the right to dictate the outcome/decision for the future of an employee, let alone thousands. If for no other reason, this is good enough not to vote for NSPS. Life is too short for there to be another reason to worry....
