Comments:
I am all for streamlining the Federal employement process and rewarding employees for actual performance. I consider myself a high-performance employee and am often dismayed at collegues whose poor performance affords them the same raises and salary I get. My greatest concern is that the unions have not been afforded the opportunity to review the official document before it is cast into stone. Employees still need representation.
