I am hesitant to make comments about something that I really do not feel qualified to comment on. I feel like there are many things that need to be answered before determining if this program will be beneficial or detrimental. I do not fear change. Change is part of an evolving and advancing workforce. However, many of the specifics of the NSPS system can't be explained and several questions remain unanswered. I guess if I fear anything, it is the possibility that we could be rushing into the system too quickly before a majority of the questions are answered. I know that it is hard to answer all questions and, as a federal employee, I want to be supportive of the system. But I think I speak for many other people when I say that more thought and answers may be needed prior to implementation of the program.
