How can you guy's, expect to bring in journeyman electricians, mechanics, carpenters, welders ect. at a lower step when the scale is far above that wage. We will get a less qualified applicant. Also leaving the fate of our raises to one indivdual is totally unfair, if you aren't concidered "one of the boys" or a "brown noser" your raise maybe far from what you deserve. Thanks for your time.
