To put it in simple terms this system is an insult to the intelligence of the people who makes up this DoD work force. DoD is asking me to endorse this system and yet what I read is "to be determine by DoD". Why don't we just have a blank check and give it to DoD personnel and hope they don't know how to write big numbers. Oh by the way, my retirement plan will NOT be affected! What is 10% of $1,000.00? and what is 10% of $500.00? This system has the audacity to say my retirement plan will not be affected.It is statements like these two (will not be affected) and (to be determine) that question the INTEGRITY of the system; I DO NOT SUPPORT THIS PLAN.
