I did not receive notification of the proposed regulations for NSPS until 11 March by e-mail. Why wasn't I notified earlier? I think the pay bands are too broad. I would like to see a few more. I think the filing deadline for appeals is too short. It may take more than 20 days to collect enough appropriate information in some cases. I'm glad there is protection for whistleblowers. However, I am concerned about the status of employees who have had to take sick leave for a long extended period of time.
