Inreguard to the section refering to pay increases, if this is left up to the supervisors it will surly become a popualrity contest, as it is we are often rated by new soldiers that have no idea of how to even rate a civilian. We rarely see any type of monitary awards, or a step increase even if you get excetional rating all the time. What happens to those of us who have reached step 10 and there is not a grade higher to go to. Isn't it a shame that nurses (LPN) are only GS 5 and paper pushers are GS 6 or 7 and are paid more, then you wonder why nurses leave the proffssion. Stop and think of it this way how many of our represenitives would get their raises if it were left up to their performance,but they have the ability to get it for themselves. And why don't they have to pay for some of there benefits, we keep losing ours, I dont't feel a lot of it is just, but then I am intitled to my own opinion.
