Comments:
Overarching Comments: I commend the Department of Defense for taking action to provide greater flexibility in managing the workforce and improving the current HR system. The proposed changes in the labor relations area will greatly increase DODs ability to achieve its mission while protecting basic right of employees. The following comments are offered to either seek clarification or to further improve upon what is proposed in the Federal Register. (see attachment)
