The NSPS is the scariest plan of action I have ever seen for Federal employees, the nation, and the democratic process the United States of America is built upon. It is creating a system in which management will have total control over whom and what kind of employees make up the Federal Government. Management wants an individual to facilitate an illegal activity. The only possible answer will be "sir - how timely do you need this done. Because employees will be covering all bases in order to stay a float and to maintain gainful employment, all radar scopes will be avoided. Whistle Blowing, EEO, Merit System, Union protections, etc. touted to be left in place are just window dressings for the American taxpayers. The ad campaign for this endeavor used two of the best strategies possible to "pull the wool over the John Q Public's eyes." (1) Get that lazy Federal employee off of its "CAN" and (2) all is being done to enhance national security. Hog wash! However, not all is doom and gloom. There is hope! The present administration in its own unique way is presently creating a possible avenue of salvation. If we are successful in stabilizing the democratic process in Iraq, this nation may in later years invade our country and return the favor by restoring the democratic process our forefathers and American soldiers have fought and scarified so much for.
