I am against the implementation of the NSPS system it will not work. It will only create problems because complaints will be file against supervisors for the unfair treatment or discrimination this system inflicts. The NSPS will give DOD supervisors the tool they need to take bias action against employees who they do not favor. It promotes favoritism, nepotism and brown nosing etc… Since the NSPS will have their own managers reviewing employee’s complaints “managers favoritism” will play a role on the outcome of each case. Employees will have no other choice but to take their complaints to the EEOC. At least with the current system employees have the right to seek Union representation. With NSPS that option seems to have diminished if not vanished. Even now the tension of a corrupt NSPS is starting to build; employees can smell it in the workplace. Workers are going to be on each other throats just to get their supervisors on their side. Employees don’t like what they see or hear about the NSPS. It’s like going back into time and starting all over again fighting for equal rights. There are no equal rights when you read or hear things about NSPS. It seems like constitutional rights are being taken away along with employees pay raise. What else is next?
