This seems to give management more power to reward thier friends than they already have. This system is based on the integrity of management. If they are so trustworthy then why are there so many grievences and lawsuites. As a Veitnam era vet I served my country and earned MY Veterans rights as a Vet. There seems to be a big push to remove the rights that Veterans have earned. Without Vets where would this country be? Maybe no one should be able to carry citizenship unless they are Vets?I have 25 years civil service and my retirement depends on caust of living raises to get me where I need to be for retirement. The system is not keeping up with the caust of health care alone, let alone Gas, Home care, Milk, or anything else. With this new system I may not get any raises at all, wheather I'm the best worker in my section or not. This all depends on who else is liked better or which sections are liked better. As we get older it will be harder to Keep up with the younger employees, so we will get lower and lower pay until we start getting our pay reduced and are forced to Quite and take all of our experiance with us. Improving on the current system makes more sence than total renovation. Making the system more fair would be better than making it so, making friends is more important than work or production. The new system stinks with problems not solutuions. Please lets rethink this before it's too late.
