Comments:
I feel this systems give the managers/supervisors all the rights, and the employee very little. Some managers/supervisors are not perfect or are they trained will as managers to be fair and impartial. I fear this system will give managers the ability to remove any employee that dares to disagree with them, or make their lives misable; where on the other hand their favorites are rewarded. In my opinion, the NSPS is too unbalance which would cause hate and discontent. Why not give managers and employees equal balance. Hold employee accountable for his work, and the manager for his management skills--one feeds the other. I feel these issues need to addressed before implementing NSPS. Thank you, Mae Teron
