NSPS is NOT a good system. Where are we going to get the billions of dollars to pay for its implementation? It does not seem like it will save any money. NSPS is unfair to veterans, and is bad for national security because it encourages employees to 'not rock the boat' or speak their minds. It will surely be terrible for the federal workplace. I would recommend to the NSPS people that they study and refine this for another two or three years before they try to implement NSPS. I also recommend that they listen to the Unions, instead of ignoring them, which has been written in the newpapers. In my opinion -- Stop NSPS now.
