Comments:
the proposed nsps system gives too many arbitrary powers to management and takes away to many of the historical benefits and rights enjoyed by federal workers. The current system still provides for the national defense. It might require some tweeking, but should not be completely overturned. I dont agree with the loss of some of the labor relations committments that have been won in the past. I also dont agree with the inequality of the new pay system, compared with the current one.
