Subpart G Adverse Actions - 9901.701 to 9901.810: I disagree, the Secretary shouldn't have any impact on this regulation because he do not no anything about the employees only what is fed to him by supervisors and managers. Management still should control this regulation and it should always be within house. You are always talking about Department mission, what mission and with all these regulations you are proposing, as we all see it their is NO department mission only POLITICAL gain.
