NFFE LOCAL 639 provides, as the “EMPLOYEE REPRESENTATIVES,” the following comments on the Proposed NSPS Regulations—RIN 3206–AK76/0790–AH82 - We understand that the DOD United Worker Coalition (Coalition), an entity to which we have been an active and vocal member, and NFFE National are submitting detailed comments and recommendations, which we have participated in developing. The comments and recommendations of the Coalition and of NFFE National are hereby incorporated by reference into NFFE Local 639’s comments, as provided herein.
