nsps 2005-001 regulatory information number 3206-ak76/0790-ah82 [subpart E,9901.501 to .516] [subpart F, .6012 to .611] I disagree - If I get promoted to a different position that I will have to serve another probationary period. Will a physical be next? This does not give one much incentive to better ones self. Veteran's preference will be greatly reduced. As a veteran I will lose my bumping and retreating rights. Labor-Management Relations (Subpart I, 9901.901 to 929) The system has worked well since 1978 I do not see any reason why this needs to be changed. Unions should have the right to bargain, not to consultation. (Subpart C) 9901.301 to .373 and (Subpart D) 9901.401 to .409 - Premium pay should not be changed. Cost of living raises should be continued. The current 360 appraisal system allows for several individuals input. We do not need another multilevel rating system. (Subpart G., 9901.701 to .721 and (Subpart H, 9901.801 to 810) - Because of the purposed adverse actions I maybe more concerned about the status of my job then providing sevice to the soliders. I'm a vietnam veteran am not the enemy. If these proposals are implemented we become second class citizens because of all our rights will be removed.
