Section 9901.341, Performance-Based Pay, General. Design of the system to allocate available funds to employees based on individual, team, or organizational performance as a means of fostering a high-performance culture. Comment: It is not unusual in our command, Southwest Regional Maintenance Facility (SWRMC) to have groups with highly motivated, excelling employees. We want to foster teamwork contribution to our goals. This is the only section of the proposed policy that I found that refers to rewarding teamwork contribution, and it is included with individual contribution. Wll we have the flexibility to exmphasize contributions to the team? Will the trianing materials emphasize how we would set up the performance criteria to emphasize teamwork? Thank you.
