My concerns are with the overall ability to ensure that the pay banding will be applied objectively based on a fair and sincere review and analyst of the employee's KSA and how they have performed the job...Too often this has been done subjectively not just from a Supervisor to subordinate relationship but, also based on funding. What is in place and or what recouse will the emplyee have to redress any concerns they may have?
