Comments:
I am opposed to the proposed National Security Personnel System. As a DOD employee I am not assured by my research, that the Union representation of myself and others is going to be kept intact. I suspect also that contrary to statements made in explanation of NSPS advocates, the Machinists Union has not been thoroughly informed or allowed to participate in plans for this change. I suggest that the implementation process be postponed until Union representatives can participate fully in the process.
