Comments:
I am a federal employee who strongly opposes the NSPS regulation. As a wage grade trade person we are under paid as it is. We receive no locality pay as GS grades do. This is also unfair. We are the back bone providing a very professional service. The NSPS regulation would be extremly subjective and unfair.
