Advers Actions - Subpart G Paragraph 2. Mandatory Removal Offenses. Mandatory Removal Offenses shall be fully defined. This section is ill defined and unclear. Also, the timelines stated in paragraph 3 are too short. These timelines do not impart adequate time to the employee to appeal. Also, too much power is given to upper management. This again instills grave concern. This section needs to be rewritten with full detail, impart adequate timetables for appeal and impart power to lower levels.
