Comments:
In general, I saw no safeguards, to prevent abuse, or corruption, in the NSPS, with the abuse and misuse of authority that already occurs, this system is open to more with no real checks and balances. The amount of nepatism, and favoritism, that already exists, would be unchecked and allowed to continue without question, or the need to conceal the actions. I feel NSPS is a threat to national security, as the morale, and trust of government employees would suffer.
