We definately don’t need any more personnel systems. We have one in place. We don’t need to have the DOD running a personnel system. As an American taxpayer, I see no reason for the D.O.D. under the NSPS to establish procedures or institute a hiring of non-citizens. We have many people who are citizens of the United States who need jobs. We do not need any chance of security risks. If they (DOD) want some type of specialist we can train for this need ourselves.
