TO: DOD AND MY CONGRESS REPRESENTATIVE, The change in the work regulations of dod employees proposal is demeaning to say the least. To subject employees to governing supervisors with dictatorship with no democrated process is a misjustice, and an very unfair labor practice. I have a 30+ years history with the Dod. a severe amendment is needed. ANNUAL COST OF LIVING RAISES This depends on whether the supervisors determines if the employee deserves or merits pay raises, granted by supervisors who have little or no contact with employee daily. The supervisors are in meetings after meeting and virtually absent from most of their assigned areas, they would have to depend on a hearsay or assessment from another unbiased? fair?person creating a "pecking order" or favoritism, this is not agreeable practicise. WORK SCHEDULING uncertain of hours and stable work schedule would allow for pre -planning, I believe all have been a victim of unfair supervisory decisions.
