General Provisions-Subpart A Guiding Principles and Key Performance Parameters In order for this newly proposed OPM to be a success, Management will need to periodically update the Key Performance Parameters (KPPs) so that the employees can respond to the changing mission requirements. What specific regulations will be implemented to maintain proper updating of all KPPs throughout the DOD? In addition to the ever changing environment, how will KPPs be defined for two separate groups (program managers/engineers) who are responsible for projects that have varying complexities (e.g. UAV program verses the V-22 Osprey program)?
