Comments:
As a Department of Defense Education Activity employee, I support of the NSPS proposals. I believe the proposed regulations will have a positive effect on employee performance, morale, and ability to fulfill our mission. As a member of the bargaining unit (Federal Education Association), I have been appalled at the mis-use of collective bargaining and the actions taken on behalf of bargaining unit members who have not made complaints, do not wish to be involved in grievances, and want to do better jobs. I am hopeful that the NSPS can help to ensure that changes in working conditions are truly benificial changes.
