Comments:
The proposed nsps regulationspublic law 108-136 will undermine and hurt the American people and hurt the ability of Department of Defense to accomplish their mission. It is already difficult for the American people to maintain a decent standard of living. The prices of essentials such as food are already extremely high and Medical coverage. There are already too many homeless people in America without causing additional hardships. And this proposal would do exactly that. Please I urge you to reconsider this proposal. It's time to take care of our own.
