First the information printed in a 53 page report is good to have it to be read, would it be possible to also provide a condense version. It is good to be recognized for our efforts as a big support for our military and the govt. though at times it is not noticed. I am still new working for the DoD, this has been a dream to work within this system and with opportunties to grow, so I am still learning how the DoD functions, I love what I do, though it would be nice to know with new information that does arise. Performance evals may be a good process, but may be overlooked to those that go the extra to be noticed or to add on the performance evaluations Are there any choices that can be made as DoD employees and change can be good if there are consistencies to help the DoD employee to reach their goals to be an excellent employee, with positive feedback and recognition equally. We are one huge service to provide support to our troops and govt. and be willing to go the extra mile for that, can the NSPS and we can be equal to one another? I just want to do a good job for my country, mabe it sounds corny, but I love my country, my govt, and the military that protects this country. THanks for listening. Sincerely, JEssie A. Hernandez
