Comments:
AS a concerned citizen and u.s.m.c spouse I am deeply disturbed by the new regulations about to be imposed on d.o.d the only thing that I forsee coming out of this is that I might loose my husband because an employee who has been unfairly reducesd in pay or removed from the workforce on phonie charges .This could result in the degredation of the quality of the work and or services rendered to my husband wher something to happen to him I do not foresee these changes inspiring my confidence in the system as it is to be imposed . I have watched and read reports on government contracing out one has no to look no farther than the p.m. news to see how contractors are screwing the military in Irag and Afganistan . I know for a fact that there are D.O.D. EMPLOYEES currently serving in these hwo locations and have not heard one negative commment about cost overruns or the employees getting screwed so stop thes insane regulation
