I cannot believe the government thinks giving mgmt. the type of power being given them won't create problems. Do we want to be the next postal service? I work for mgmt.that doesn't take input,lies,makes decisions that cost the unit more money and eats up more man hours than needed.We only reach our objectives because of the dedicated people doing the work and yes there is a bad morale problem here. you say they will be trained I say they can't be trained to be fair or honest. We already know this will be imlemented and even if it is a failure which i believe it will. You will keep with even after it's to late. SO WELCOME BACK TO THE GOOD OLE BOYS CLUB.
