What type of training will managers receive in order to ensure that performance rating is conducted as fairly as its outcome on pay? A major contributer to performance rating is opertunity. It is very easy for a manager to relate to an employee opertunities on the horizine, therefore giving that employee the inside tract on persuing that. This is already perceived to be taking place for promotion oppertunities. Now that performance rating is going to dictate your pay what training will be provided so that a manager can be objective. If this does create a problem, will it affect the managers performance?
