Comments:
Be prepared for a dramatic increase in corruption. When what little protection the current system with its ineffective Whistle Blower protection totally disappears. Everyday workers who keep the government alive will have to subjugate values and reporting of fraud, waste, and abuse to the need to appease management in order to feed their families. The increase in corruption will follow the examples of Enron and Worldcom where management power will keep the workers from reporting wrongdoing to an even greater extent than the current situation. Government costs will continue to increase with attendant reductions in Government services as management corruption and inefficiency will quietly grow exponentially. A tragedy for the cause of integrity and competence in the service of the United States Government!
