What I've read states; very little is changed or affected, if so why change. I've read NSPS has worked with AFGE, however I've read fliers from AFGE slamming this program. I DON'T trust this idea. I've seen what privatizing has done to other Government Employees, programs and recipients of them, They Stink! Sounds like Political B.S. that we're being faced to except, only it's being wrapped to look pretty.
