This system will not work if you keep putting emphases on race and gender. Comments or plans to hire more minorities or more females have to stop. you hire workers that can do the job. i have heard several minorities in my office say that they are not worried about getting awards because if someone tries to not give them awards they will file harrasment charges on management. That will get them their awards. This kind of talk before the system is put in place must be addressed before anyone will trust the system to be fair.
