I feel the NSPS has nothing good to offer. I feel that it will cause anger in the workplace, For insatance the supervisor will be the one to give you an appraisal and raise you to the next payband if he likes you. Why can't we be the ones that give the supervisor an appraisal? Use Murphy's Law: If It Works DON'T Fix IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
