Comments:
They need to address the seniority issue on the RIF, we have waited many years to feel secure in our job and they want to take that away. I think it is a travesty to have them just take that away. I view this new system as a way for the employees that are liked because they jump at the beck and call of the supervisor and do what they want whether it is right or wrong will further break down the structure of the Department of Defense. Cost of Living raises should not be deleted in its entirity.
