Comments:
The mission has always been put first, that is why we have mission statements. The NSPS is a disguise the Department of Defense is using to allow the fox (Thee Secretary of Defense) to dictate to the hens how many eggs to lay and what color and if you do not meet those goals I well fire you, or starve you to death (not give you any more money to by food), and the fox alone determines the quantity and color of the eggs, and the hens cannot complain or they will be transferred to another job and be demoted.
