I feel that NSPS will not afford the Government the best quality in profesionalism of trained employees base on nepotism and favoritism on the part of management in hiring of new employees. Also base on nepotism and favoritism management have the ability to award non-preformances and discipiline performance with monetary awards which will generate hostility in the workplace
