How do you expect me to be able to understand and review this in such a short time frame? I depend on my Union to help me understand this and they haven't had enough time to review it to help me understand it. I really don't feel that the town hall meeting helped either. Everyone who went said that they were more confused when they left. I do not feel that this is going to work with so much confusion as to how it is going to work, even when the managers do not understand it. I think it is a set-up for failure and I feel that you should focus more on SECURITY Issues. There are a lot of people out there in the field whom haven't had a Security Investigation done on them for over ten years. I think it is funny that we have peolpe in Congress who can't even get a Security Clearance and they are making detremental decisions for this country. That is ludicrist. This system has a lot of characteristics that I do not understand. I feel that they should have had a All Hands Brief in the Command Briefing Room to help everyone better understand this system.
