I have been working under the existing system for 50 years and have never had a problem that I could not resolved.The current system is not broken. My comment is if it is not broken do not try to fix it. Some one (Flower Child) has just come up with the idea of re working it to create a job and disrupt the Defense Department so that it will become more vunerable to the enemies of this country. This is the inside corruption that is being designed to destroy the civilian government work force.This is a case where the person in charge of this task has no working knowledge of the actual working process that is currently being utilized.
