As I see the current system, it works well and serves the war effort and all the rest very well, why are you trying to fix something that is NOT BROKE ? As far as mangement, the good old boy system is still alive I see it every day ! If a person does not believe in certain religon, the boss will hold that against them. On the Vet issue, you say one thing, and in the same breath you say another, such as we want to retain the high buners, and longveity does not matter, give me a break !! this whole thing is so GRAY it is unbeliveable, please stop this thing before it ruins the goverment workers rights.
