Pay Bands- There is no guidance for the pay bands. They have not been revealed and are very vague. If and employee has had to have adverse EEO action against supervisors, there is a chance this will have and impact on his/her pay bands, just to get even. There are measures in place under the current system to prevent this from occuring, however there are ways to get back at an employee if a supervisor so desires to. With the vague and subjective manner the employee is to be rated with the NSPS system, and senority meaning nothing substantial, one would assume there is no protection from being terminated or replaced at the whim of a vendictive supervisor. I strongly oppose this new NSPS System. The current system works fine and equally for all employees.
