Comments:
These proposed changes are based on the theory that management always behaves in a professional and ethical manner. Human nature and common sense would tell you that this is just not the case. The present system we have may not be perfect, but NSPS is taking away any recourse good employees have to combat unfair labor practices. I have always received the highest marks on my appraisals, and I will not tolerate NSPS giving unchecked power to every person in my chain of command. If this system adversly affects my career, I will not hesitate to find outside representation and if necessary, a class action lawsuit.
