Comments:
1. Doing away with Union representation. This is a bad idea for DoD workers, because workers need their interest represented in the workplace. DoD workers are not dissposable workers. 2. Doing away with the step raise system. This is another bad idea. One of the reasons that most of the government emploees come to the government for work and stay here is because of the step raises. Another reason is patriotism. 3. If the system is not broke don't fix it. NSPS will not make the government more secure. It will just get rid of alot of loyal DoD emploees and pave the way for contracters to take over the jobs. Contracters don't take an oath to proctect the U.S. government and the Constitution. Their loyalty is to their contract only, nothing more. Is this what you really want to keep the U.S. military going?
